Second Annual Venom Hockey Family Golf Tournament a Hole-in-One!

On August 30, 2025, the Rocky Mountain Venom hosted its Second Annual Hockey Family Golf Tournament at the stunning Woodside Golf and Country Club in Airdrie, and what a day it was!

Families from all Venom teams came together for a scramble-style match, designed to mix players and families across teams, creating a day full of camaraderie, laughs, and new connections. As the sun shone down, participants swung, laughed, and bonded both on and off the greens, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The Venom organization extends a heartfelt thank you to Woodside Golf and Country Club and their incredible staff for flawlessly executing the event and making everyone feel welcome. From the perfectly manicured course to the top-notch service, the day was seamless and fun-filled.

The excitement doesn’t end here! The Venom teams and their families can’t wait to tee up again next season, continuing this amazing annual tradition that celebrates hockey, family, and community.

All members of the Venom Academy and their families are invited annually to participate in this day full of fun, family and far fetched golf stories to last them the year!
