Each session delivers a professional development environment that challenges players to improve their speed, skill, decision-making, and compete level through advanced, game-relevant training.

Led by Chad Moore, Head of Hockey Development, and the Venom Academy coaching staff, players will receive detailed instruction, consistent feedback, and the competitive pace expected at the next level.

• Elite Skill Progression: Dynamic puck handling, shooting precision, and skating technique
• Hockey IQ & Situational Awareness: Decision-making under pressure and game-ready development
• Position-Specific Training: Tactical drills for forwards, defense, and goalies
• High-Tempo Environment:  Fast-paced, purposeful sessions mirroring elite-level play
